Summer Blessings

Join me for weekly creative Zoom sessions every Monday throughout July & August.

7-8pm UK time, come as you are, work on whatever you feel like. GBP 40 or free if you need it.

This summer I would like to start every week with some art making time and I’d love for you to join. If you are seeking some accountability & community to work on something close to your heart, I hope Summer Blessings will help you along.

You can write, paint, stitch, read – really do whatever you feel like. Each session will begin with a short guided meditation, then I will read some poetry or draw us a card before we do a little chat check in and then dive into quiet art making time.

It sounds so simple, but I promise it will give you the accountability you need to stay creative when things get tough.

Meetings are every Monday in July & August (apart from July 28th) from 7-8pm UK time (here is a timezone converter). In our last session there will be an optional show & tell where you can show us what you made (no pressure!).

It’s GBP 40 for the whole summer or email if you for a free spot, no questions asked.

Ideas for things you could do

Fun facts

I know the world is on fire and making time to be creative feels really, really hard. Some days I just play Candy Crush for ages and then feel surprised about falling asleep tense and crunchy. But I know in my heart (and in scientific fact) that engaging with simple creative projects improves mental wellbeing and that it’s so much easier to do with others. We must find sustenance for the long road ahead and continue to grow our imagination for the future we want. That’s why I am offering Summer Blessings.

I offer a free Substack newsletter & community with monthly Spark sessions, new podcast episodes and reflections on creative practice & life.

Join me if you like!
