Melanie St. Ours is a clinical herbalist specializing in mental health and women’s health. She is the founder of Psyche & Soma LLC. Melanie’s diverse training includes certification from the East West School of Herbology’s Professional Herbalist Program, an honors degree in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and deep training in Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy. Her approach to healing harnesses the power of imagination and storytelling alongside traditional herbal wisdom and practical health education.
