#96 Dealing with lockdown: I am just having a reallyyy long pyjama party by myself

Hey sweet listeners,

thank you so much for your kind feedback on my past few solo episodes. I always thought interviews are where it’s at, but this year I have actually really enjoyed listening to people ramble by themselves, so I thought I would do more of that too.

In this episode I’m talking about how I am thinking of this time as a really long pyjama party by myself with lots of YA books, crafting, teenage feelings and Dawson’s Creek, but also a healthy dose of adult cynicism. There are also some thoughts on what I actually want to invite back into my life when the pandemic is over and how I prepare to gently socially re-emerge when it’s time.

Here is more info about the creative space sessions I mentioned: https://glimmerportal.com/weekly-creative-space-sessions/

As always thank you for listening <3

Love,

Yarrow

Hi, I’m Yarrow and this is my local river.

I’m a maker, grief companion and tarot reader living on the East coast of Scotland.

I facilitate creative projects and gentle rituals for seasons of loss, make handmade textile magic and host the Grief Glimmers podcast. My wish is to change the culture around grief and death so that we can explore these experiences as gateways into a softer, more embodied life.
